According to the JDA’s master plan for 2025, there is going to be a 1200 bed hospital and university with a 300-bed multi-specialty hospital. The development of several 200 ft. roads is already under progress which will supposedly be complete in 2 yrs. The roads were proposed to decrease the traffic load of Ajmer Road and a flyover has been proposed near Bhankrota and an extension to the Kamla Nehru flyover.
The cloverleaf flyover connecting Ajmer Road and Ring Road is already under development. There will be a construction of a 200 ft. wide sector road which will connect Mahindra SEZ and Ring Road to the 200 ft. wide Jaisinghpura Road which will be connecting to Gopalpura Bypass.
The construction has already begun on the Gopalpura bypass side, this road is going to play an important role in connecting the Mansarovar Metro Station and all the mentioned areas. From the expected 2Km length of the road, 1.2Km is already complete and the remaining 800m is in construction.
There are multiple projects proposed for the area like the largest D-Mart of the Rajasthan, a 5 Start hotel is also in construction here. This location also offers some of the well-established and renowned schools like Jaishree Periwal International School, Delhi Public School, Neeraj Modi International School, and St. Xavier’s. Since the area is in the proximity of the city and Mahindra SEZ and also offers good road connectivity with transport availability, it gives a good opportunity for luxury residential and commercial ventures.
Recently govt. also announced that they will be taking over DPR’s Jaipur metro which will link Mansarovar and Bagru via Jaisinghpura, Ring Road, SEZ, etc.
